Jennifer Williams Promoted To Position Of Human Resources Director at Briscoe Protective Systems Inc.
Briscoe Protective Systems Inc. has announced that Jennifer Williams has been promoted to the position of Human Resources Director. In her new position, Ms. Williams will be responsible for the recruiting and hiring of new staff, organizing new hire orientation, employee training programs, and enforcement of company policy.
Ms. Williams, a Smithtown resident, had previously served as an Accounting Assistant for seven years, in which her primary responsibility was handling accounts receivable and accounts payable. In addition, she currently serves as Vice President for Briscoe Plaza, where she is instrumental as the tenant liaison and coordinates accounts payable and building maintenance.
Ms. Williams was born in Brooklyn and moved to Long Island when she was four years old. While in high school, Ms. Williams worked part-time at Briscoe and joined the company as a full-time employee in September 2013.
