Service Coordinator Dispatcher Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative/office environment, specifically in customer relations
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage high volume phone lines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer programs
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, possessing strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Security programming knowledge preferred, but not required
